Grateful for friends and like-minded wannabes who made this event possible. It has always been my hope to share my passion for Pilates as a useful mode of training to complement sports.
ARFIT LOCAL AMBASSADOR
December 11, 2019
Thankful to be part of the ARFIT CLUB Local Ambassador community, I conducted a Pilates session (focused on stretch & mobility) at Spaces Paya Lebar (PLQ1).
Event was opened to the public for exercise & networking.
DECATHLON VIRTUAL SERIES
October 21 - December 23, 2020
As part of Decathlon CSM's vision to make sports accessible to all, and an initiative to keep people active staying at home, it was with great excitement and honor to provide Pilates mat work to the public virtually. Various props that are available in-store were used to make workout fresh and modifiable to all.
